About Alibi Mental Health Care
Alibi Health is dedicated to transforming mental health care by providing comprehensive, accessible, and person-centered support for youth, young adults, and veterans. Our approach goes beyond symptom management—we empower individuals, families, and communities through therapy, coaching, case management, and innovative mental health care solutions.
Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We partner with organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to improve mental health services, expand access to care, and advocate for policy changes that drive lasting impact. Through strategic consulting, we help providers integrate holistic mental health approaches, ensuring that therapy, case management, and advocacy are part of a well-rounded care model.
For veterans, we specialize in mental health nexus letters, disability evaluations, and VA consulting to ensure they receive the benefits and support they deserve. Our consulting services also extend to psychiatric nurse practitioners, guiding them in optimizing their practice and expanding beyond medication management to provide full-scope mental health care.
With a strong commitment to affordability, flexible care options, and both in-person and Telehealth services in Washington, D.C., Alibi Health is redefining what it means to provide high-quality mental health care. Whether through direct clinical services or community partnerships, we are committed to creating a future where mental health is prioritized, accessible, and fully integrated into the broader healthcare system.

Meet Jess Pudlo
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and founder of Alibi Mental Health Care, I am committed to providing comprehensive, person-centered mental health care that goes beyond medication management. With a background in adult and pediatric nursing, community mental health, and nursing education, I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to treatment—emphasizing therapy, family systems, and long-term well-being.
My work is rooted in collaboration, integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT to support youth, young adults, and veterans. Through consulting and community partnerships, I strive to expand access to quality mental health care and empower providers to work within their full scope for lasting change.
